0009: Mailpit for mail

Context
Section titled “Context”Sites need a local SMTP server that catches mail, with an inbox per project.
Decision
Section titled “Decision”Run Mailpit on 127.0.0.1:2525, with --tags-username so the SMTP user name picks the inbox. DevKit’s Mail screen uses Mailpit’s API.
Consequences
Section titled “Consequences”Mature MIME handling for free. Mail stays on the computer.
