Tools

The Tools screen has small utilities you’d otherwise look for online. Everything runs inside DevKit; nothing you paste leaves your computer.

Tool	What it does
Regex	Test a pattern against text as you type, with matches and groups highlighted. Copy it as PHP.
JSON	Format, minify and check JSON, with the error position when it’s invalid
Base64	Encode and decode. Decoded images are shown as images.
URL	Encode, decode, and split a URL into its parts and query parameters
JWT	Read a token’s header and claims, with readable dates. It doesn’t verify signatures.
Timestamps	Convert between Unix time and dates in your time zone and UTC
UUID and ULID	Generate IDs
Hashes	MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256 and SHA-512 of text
